Browns would urge customers to review the rules and regulations regarding banned substances in sport from the Equestrian Australia web site. (www.equestrian.org.au). This site offers information to competitors based on the official advice of the Equestrian Federation.
One of the specific pages of interest is EA Rules and Regs / Medication Control. If you scroll down you will see a link titled “EA advises caution against the use of herbal and natural medicine products”.
Browns Animal Herbals cannot give advice on which herbs or products are prohibited in the lead up to competitions, and therefore cannot be responsible.
We realise this is frustrating and confusing for those using herbs for their pets, but this is all the information available to ourselves and the public.
Thank you
